Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract without providing reasons within fourteen days.

The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party specified by you other than the carrier have i.e. has accepted the last item of goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form to do so; however, this is not mandatory. You may also electronically complete and send the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. via email) forward you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. To be in observance of the revocation period, it suffices to send notification that you are exercising your right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to:

to send back. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please only use our returns label for your return. Consignments without this label may not be correctly allocated or booked. Smooth processing of your return is therefore not guaranteed. We will not accept unstamped consignments or charge the sender.
